Thank you for the coments, faves and critiques. I didn't expect that this work will got so much attention.
First of all I would like to say that this is a spectacular piece. The detail in the fur and eyes is just incredible. I also notice how the fur just turns into that smokey-fire background- very artistically done. I also enjoy how the eyes seem to bleed, as if this is the Alpha of the pack who is struggling to keep its pack alive. The red around the eyes also helps with this "I'm in pain" affect. When I look at this piece, I sympathize with this character I know nothing about and that is what I love about art of any kind. This piece makes me think and consider- "What is the artist trying to get across?" Excellent work on that delivery. It also causes me to reflect on the pain in my own life. The messy colors and blending as I've said makes this look unclear and smokey as if to say "Now what do I do next in this mess?" I love the dripping technique as well. Truly an amazing job worthy of the high praise. Thank you for the piece that brings this melancholy beauty to our eyes.
This is a very excellent piece of art. I really think that the poem (song?) in the description is expressing to the picture. I think that you put a lot of expression into this drawing. I like how you have done the colors and the design for the wolf. My vision for it is very mind blowing. The originality is creative. The technique is good. And your impact is very nice. Once again, I think it's amazing and you should do this more often. It's very nice art and I like it a lot. This is my critique for you!
