Damn! It was a lot of work but I'm realy satisfacted of the result. It was the first time I painted galaxy (of course I needed these brushes help: [link] [link]§ion=&global=1&q=galaxy+brushes#/d1lxqal ;)) and I think it came out quite well.

This is only my second ever critique, so... if it's not very good, or the details are etchy, then I appologise.

First, the good parts.

Now... it's hard to decide where to begin because the level of detail, and time that has obviously been put and spent on this is truly fantastic. To begin with, the fur of her body looks so fine, so detailed that you can nearly see each and every fiber of fur. It also flows so nicely, and all comes together with near perfect shading. This idea of easy, beautiful flowing coverings sits well with the feathers of her wings too, as they look truly fantastic; so life like, so detailed, like you could almost touch them, feel them! Another nice feature is her eyes. Even with such a booming, colourful background, her eyes still stand out and capture your attention. Staying with her facial features, she just looks so perfectly serene... it really does look like a photo, almost!

Moving away from the wolf, I'd also like to point out that moving her to the side of the piece, instead of dead centre makes it seem more appealing... like she is The Creator, and she wishes for you to see her creation, just like you have. As well as he positioning, I like the idea that as you flow down her, she starts to dissapear, or become transparent. Like she is only a thought, a figment, willing herself to be seen... it does truly fantastic. As well as this, the background is stunning. Very nice, great detail... and that small star which she golds in her paws... it looks so elegant... the whole piece just screams emotion.

Elegance. Power. Love. Creation. Strength. It's all good stuff...

The bad stuff.

Well... I would like to say that there isn't really any bad things, and I can't point out anything in which I believe you can improve on... all I can say is that the background is a little too busy, but then again, that makes the whole thing that more magnificent, so... a very, very brilliant piece, all in all.
