first of all: the kitten: adorable!!!! is it your kitten or was it a friend's kitten, but the point is: the kitten's cute!!! second, the way you captured the eyes is incredible while everything else is blurry. you didn't just capture a kitten being observant, but you captured emotion. looking out at something or scared of something. a lot of people have done this kind of picture and while it amazingly interpreted and beautiful in its own right, it's already been done before, but the eyes are incredible!! this is something i've never seen in a picture of an animal before!!! great job

. btw, is the kitten ok?

This made my heart melt. I nearly cried, actually. That kitten even LOOKS sad, for pete's sake. It goes right to your heartstrings and plucks you like a guitar. It makes you wonder what kind of person can kill anyone or anything knowing that they might have a child to care for. I feel like giving the kitten a hug and never letting go. Your skills with photography amaze me, and your vision with this piece astounds me. The technique was clever, while the originality wasn't really that original. Sure, the adorable kitten makes people want to instantly say that it's perfect, but honestly, I've seen this in a ton of places before, no offense to you. Over all, well done.
